Implementation of a BMS system at the Bosch Rexroth Green Building in Brnik dedicated to electric motor production.
The BMS system performs the following functions:
- Monitoring and controlling ventilation units with heat recovery.
- Monitoring thermal agent production and distribution (air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps, thermal plant, Chiller, Dry Cooler).
- Managing hot/cold agent production sources in correlation with production load.
- Heat recovery from the compressed air system used in production.
- Monitoring and controlling CO2 levels in production, storage, and office areas.
- Maintaining internal pressure levels in the production area.
- Monitoring and ModBus control of fan coil units, air curtains, air heaters, and split AC units.
- Metering electricity, heating/cooling production per unit, and natural gas consumption.
- Monitoring and controlling the lighting system.
