Centralized and efficient management of a city, in this case Cluj, where we manage 75 public buildings from a thermal perspective. Each location is equipped with 15 temperature and pressure sensors, to calculate the heating power coefficient (COP).
The automation supervises the heating circuit of each building, controlling multiple 3-way valves and more. Monitoring and controlling the heating installations is carried out without permanent human supervision.
The system ensures the management of the production and distribution of the heating agent, indoor temperature monitoring, synchronization of heating installations with the demand of each building, as well as metering of thermal energy, hot water, cold water, gas, and electricity.
The implementation includes Remote SCADA System, alarm via email and SMS.
