Whenever you use our services, we may provide you access to your personal information. If this information is incorrect, there are quick ways to update or delete it, except when LISSCOM must retain information for business or legal purposes. When personal information is updated, a request will appear for identity verification before responding. We reserve the right to reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical effort (e.g., creating a new system or significantly changing existing practices), compromise the confidentiality of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., requests about information stored on backup media). Accessing and correcting information is free of charge, except in cases requiring excessive effort from the IT department. Our goal is to provide HVAC services while protecting information from accidental or malicious destruction. Therefore, after information is deleted from our services, residual copies may not be immediately removed from active servers and may not be promptly deleted from LISSCOM backup systems.
