Who We Are

  • On July 17th 2019, BOSCH BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES expanded its capabilities by acquiring GFR – (Gesellschaft für Regelungstechnik und Energieeinsparung mbH), a renowned German company specializing in building automation with 40 years of experience. The comprehensive range of equipment, software, and services offered by GFR represents a valuable addition to the BOSCH BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES portfolio.
  • The rationale behind the acquisition of GFR (Gesellschaft für Regelungstechnik und Energieeinsparung) was to strengthen its portfolio of energy-efficient and smart building solutions. Following the acquisition, GFR was integrated into BOSCH BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES and renamed BOSCH BUILDING AUTOMATION GmbH effective April 1st, 2022.
  • From that date forward, LISSCOM officially became the Representative and Integrator BOSCH BUILDING AUTOMATION GmbH for Romania.

Energy CEO Forum & Awards by The Diplomat. The Best Energy Efficiency Program of the Year 2025. Award given to Lisscom for coordinating the commissioning of the BMS system at the Rexroth factory in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from the company’s headquarters in Brașov.
Award for the best program "Innovative Technology in Energy Efficiency", in 2014, granted by RENEXPO, for creating innovative solutions for energy efficiency and remote monitoring of energy consumption.
