These are the rules for using lisscom.ro. By using the site, you agree to them. The work we carry out for clients is covered by separate contracts, and these terms don’t replace them.

1. Who we are

2. What you’ll find on the site

The site presents our company, our services for BMS and HVAC automation, the projects we have completed, open positions and the ISCIR courses we organise with partners.

Nothing is sold and no contracts are concluded on the site. The information is for presentation only. A quote is valid only when you receive it from us in writing, and work starts only after a contract is signed.

3. Figures and results

The savings percentages shown on the site come from our past projects. They show what was achieved in those buildings and are not a guarantee for other buildings. The result depends on the installations, how the building is used and the condition of the equipment. For an accurate estimate we carry out an on-site assessment.

4. BMS demo and BMSync HUB

The “BMS System Demo” button opens a real system with a public demo account. Please don’t change installation settings, don’t try to access other accounts and don’t send automated requests to the system. We may stop demo access at any time.

The BMSync HUB page presents our application. Use of the application is governed by the contract signed with each client.

5. Using the site

You may read the site, share links and print pages. You may not:

• try to access parts of the site or server that aren’t public;
• send code, harmful links or bulk messages through the forms;
• copy the site’s content automatically;
• use the site in a way that blocks or slows it down.

6. Copyright and trademarks

The texts, photos, diagrams and other materials on the site belong to us or are used with their authors’ permission. You may not copy or publish them without our written consent. You may quote short passages with a link to lisscom.ro.

The names and logos of clients, suppliers and partners, such as Bosch or GFR, belong to their owners.

7. Forms

When you write to us or apply for a job, please send accurate information and only about yourself. How we use the data we receive is described in our Privacy policy.

8. Links to other sites

The site contains links to LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Maps and our partners’ websites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.

9. Liability

We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but mistakes or outdated information may occur. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this information without talking to us. The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.

These terms don’t limit the rights you have by law as an individual or consumer.

10. Personal data and cookies

This information is in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a disagreement arises, please email us first at office@lisscom.ro so we can try to resolve it. If we can’t, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Brașov.

If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), and the competent court may also be the one where you live.
